About Manor Farm Veterinary Surgery

Manor Farm Veterinary Surgery was established from humble beginnings in 1993 and having outgrown two smaller premises moved to new purpose built premises in November 2009. Mrs Margaret Collins set up her own business using much of what she learnt whilst working in several other veterinary practices and visiting many others. Her dream is to provide excellent diagnosis, treatment and sincere care, at an affordable price, in beautiful surroundings. We have achieved this with the help of a very supportive, dedicated team of vets, nurses and receptionists who love their work.
The new veterinary surgery has:
- Ample parking with very easy access to the spacious main entrance.
- Large waiting room where animals can easily be separated if required.
- Petstore. We are increasing our merchandise to provide for all your pet's requirements at the same price as other retailers but with more convenience.
- There are two veterinary consulting rooms and one nurse treatment room.
- Two operating theatres (one for high sterility operations and one for non sterile procedures.)
- Separate cat and dog hospitalisation wards and an isolation ward.
- A laboratory for diagnostic blood and urine tests.
- A diagnostics room with Xray and ultrasound.
- A room for dental surgery.
The surgery has been designed with your pet's comfort and security in mind and minimal risk of cross infection. There is underfloor heating throughout with very comfortable hospitalisation should your animal need to be admitted for the day or overnight.
